Abbey McCormick
Abbey runs the McCormick Team. She earned a BS in Finance from Siena College. She worked in Finance for several years before taking over the McCormick Team and keeping the family business going (35+ years). Abbey has an in-depth knowledge of Real Estate. She sets high expectations for the team in order to sell at a high level and provide the best possible customer service to all of our clients.

Norm Benjamin
Norman "Norm" Benjamin has been a member of the McCormick Team for 5+ years. Prior to Real Estate, Norm was in the food industry for 45 years. He rose to VP of Sales for the Nation's 2nd largest Natural & Organic Food Distributor. He was also a local business owner for many years. Norm likes to focus on customer service in order to form strong relationships with his clients.

Jill Tefft
Jill served in an administrative/marketing role on the team for 3 years before receiving her real estate license. She has a deep passion for historic buildings and restored a one room schoolhouse, turning it into a very successful AirBnB. The restoration was featured on the HGTV show “Cheap Old Houses,” won an Excellence in Preservation Award from AARCH, and received a citation from Congresswoman Carrie Woerner. Jill was born and raised in upstate New York and can’t wait to share the beauty of the area with buyers.

Meghan Baratto
Meghan is our NEWEST member of the team! Many of you may know Meghan as she and her husband owned Burger Den Restaurant. After Abbey sold the restaurant, she invited Meghan to join the team! As the Team Assistant, Meghan serves an important role supporting 3 producing agents and providing excellent customer service to our clients!
